The Department of Electronics and IT, Government of Kerala, has instituted a ₹500 Crore Technology Innovation Seed Fund. Managed under KSUM, the fund prioritizes deep-tech innovation, women-led enterprises, and patent-holding ventures with matching grants up to ₹25 Lakhs per startup.
