The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a circular regarding stability improvements on the MCA21 V3 Portal. Under the revised framework, straightforward RUN (Reserve Unique Name) applications with no trademark conflicts will now be verified through automated algorithms within 4 business hours. Furthermore, small companies have received a compliance window relief for filing Form AOC-4 and MGT-7 without retrospective penalties.
